It is with great pleasure I can release the first details of next year’s RADC Centenary Officers Mess Ball. This Ball is intended to bring us all together to mark this special year. The preceding RADC Officers Mess Ball has been forfeit in order to optimise funds and resources for this unique occasion. Please join with us and be part of RADC history.

Officer's Mess Centenary Ball

  • Venue: The Honourable Artillery Company, Armoury House, City Road, London, EC1Y 2BQ

  • Date:  09July 2022

  • Description: The social highlight of 2022; next year’s Officer’s Mess Ball will be held in central London. It will be a night of extravagance and glamour, with a hint of the 1920s as we mark 100 years of the RADC. The evening will include a generous period of free unlimited drinks, a quality 3-course meal alongside entertainment to get everyone on the dance floor, all in a stunning venue. There may also be a few suprises along the way…… All serving and retired Officers and their guests are welcome to attend.

  • Ticket Sales: Price £105 pp. Tickets will be on sale from 1 November 2020. First come first serve. Applicants will fill out an MS forms questionnaire and will need to include details of all their guests in advance and reference and confirm full payment. Payment will be via BACs. Account details and link to form to follow. Tickets are sold out but if you should wish to register for the waiting list please contact Lt Col Charlie Winship

It is stressed that there is a limited availability of 180 tickets . There is presently a very high level of interest on a First come, First served basis. When they’re gone they’re gone!

Aim of the Association

Creating a bond of friendship between past and present members of the Corps and those members of the ATS and QARANC who have been associated with the Corps.

Bringing to the attention of the RADC Benevolent Fund any cases of members, their widows, children and dependants who may require assistance due to poverty or distress.

Assisting in finding employment for its members.

Organizing social events for members.

Subscription and Membership

The present subscription is £10 per year or £30 Every 3 years. Membership includes a copy of the RADC Bulletin published each year in Early to Mid January.

New Life Membership is no longer available. Existing Members are requested to notify the Regimental Secretary of any change of address or other detail.

Ordinary Membership of the Association is open to:

All Ranks past and present that have served with The Army Dental Corps or the Royal Army Dental Corps (including Reserve).

All ranks of the ATS and QARANC who have served in the dental trades of these Corps.

Associate Membership is open to members past and present of all arms who have been attached to the RADC for duty and to civilians trained by the RADC or established civil servants employed within the RADC.

Honorary Membership WW2 veterans may be nominated or may apply for membership. The number of Honorary Members is limited to 50. Honorary Members have no voting rights.

Those who are not already members and wish to join should contact The Regimental Secretary.

All Serving RADC personnel who subscribe to Days Pay Giving Scheme (DPGS) are Association members by virtue of this subscription.

On discharge from uniformed service or transfer to another Corps, should they wish to remain Association members, they should contact The Regimental Secretary to arrange membership and subscription.
